Shipping for Jewelry

Standard shipping is always freeAll jewelry shipments above $100 require a signature upon delivery so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

For jewelry, processing and shipping times depend on the items ordered: 
  • Items marked as "Made to Order": Our jeweler handcrafts the piece once the order is placed, and they are ready to ship within 7 business days. Generally speaking, total delivery time is 10-15 business days.
  • Items marked as "In Stock": The delivery time is typically 2-3 business days.
How Do I Start a Return?

To return an item, please log in to your account, find the item(s) you wish to return, and choose "Return or Replace Items" to start the return process. Please note that it is mandatory to have an account to initiate a return process. If you had placed an order without creating an account, please use the same email id to create an account before starting the return process.

How Long Does It Take for My Return to Process?
We promise to process your return and refund the purchase price within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item. We’ll let you know as soon as your item is received and your refund has been processed.
For jewelry, returns will only be processed after the item is received and verified by our jewelry team which takes us 10-15 business days. We return and refund will be processed thereafter. We’ll let you know as soon as your item is received and when your refund has been processed.
Returns

We offer free returns within 100 days of you receiving your order. On your first order, items can be returned for a full refund to your credit card, Paypal or in the form of store credit.

On subsequent orders that are returned, we are able to cover the cost of shipping and restocking when items are returned for store credit. For returns that request a refund to a credit card or Paypal account, we must deduct a $6 return shipping and administrative fee given our radically low prices and low margin business model. 

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We unfortunately are not able to refund the cost of express shipping unless an error was made on our end (e.g. the order arrived after the communicated delivery window, the item was defective / damaged or the wrong item was shipped).

Returns for Jewelry

We offer free returns within 100 days of deliveryLike all other products, for your first jewelry order, returns and exchanges are free and full refunds can be applied to the original form of payment.

On subsequent orders that are returned, we are able to cover the cost of shipping and restocking when items are returned for store credit. For returns that request a refund to a credit card or Paypal account, we must deduct a restocking fee to handle return shipping and administrative fee given our radically low prices and low margin business model.

  • For jewelry pieces priced less than $100, the restocking fee is $6, consistent with all other products.
  • For jewelry pieces priced above $100, the restocking fee is $35, as shipping higher value jewelry pieces back to our jewelry partner carries higher insurance costs that we must bear.

We offer one complimentary re-sizing per customer per year. Once re-sized, they are not returnable or exchangeable.
